Objective: The Brea Chamber of Commerce aimed to initiate a restaurant loyalty program to foster community engagement and support local businesses. The challenge was twofold: firstly, to develop a website that effectively communicated the benefits of the loyalty card to potential buyers, and secondly, to incentivize local restaurants to participate in the program - potentially increasing their membership in the Chamber of Commerce.
Designing a Dual-Purpose Website: Recognizing the unique needs of both card buyers and restaurants, we created a website that catered to both audiences. The design and content were strategically developed to showcase the value proposition of the loyalty card, detailing the exclusive discounts and benefits cardholders would receive.
Encouraging Restaurant Participation: To attract restaurants to the program, we highlighted the dual benefits of increased customer patronage and the opportunity for enhanced community involvement. The website included a dedicated section for restaurants to learn about the program and the straightforward process to sign up, either as part of the loyalty program alone or as members of the Chamber of Commerce.
Simplifying the Purchase Process: Ensuring a seamless user experience, we integrated an easy-to-navigate system for purchasing the loyalty card. This feature was designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, encouraging more sign-ups and participation from the community.
A Successful Launch and Ongoing Interest: Since the launch of the loyalty program, the Brea Chamber of Commerce has seen a significant increase in both chamber membership sign-ups and loyalty card purchases. The program has successfully generated enthusiasm and support for local businesses.
High Website Traffic Indicating Community Engagement: The website has received substantial traffic, reflecting the community's interest in the program.
