The Brief

Client: California Southern Baptist Convention
Industry: Nonprofit Organization
Challenge: Representing a network of over 1,200 churches across California, the California Southern Baptist Convention required a dynamic online platform. They needed a more efficient way to communicate with church leaders, members, and to disseminate resources. The organization sought a solution to publish news, interviews, and keep their community updated with upcoming events, all in an accessible and user-friendly manner.

 

What We Did

Revamping the Existing Website: Acknowledging the limitations of their current website, which was challenging to navigate and restrictive in content management, we embarked on a comprehensive overhaul. Our goal was to transform their online presence into a hub of information that was both intuitive and functional.

Streamlining Content Management: We developed a robust system that enabled easy publication of resources, news, interviews, and event details. This system was designed with user-friendliness in mind, ensuring that the client's team could effortlessly update and manage content without external assistance.

Empowering the Client Through Training: Recognizing the importance of self-sufficiency, we produced a series of tutorial videos. These resources were tailored to educate their staff on how to effectively use the new website, allowing for ongoing, in-house management and updates.

Enhancing Team Communication and Visitor Engagement: The new website not only facilitated better internal communication among the convention's teams but also improved engagement with site visitors. Now, each team can clearly showcase their activities, and visitors can easily reach out for more information or to get involved.
