Website Design & Development
We Build Websites That Position Our Clients As Experts And Generate Leads

Your website is the first thing most people will see when they are introduced to your business. We’ll make sure you look good.
Your website serves two purposes: reaching your company’s goals and meeting the needs of your visitors.
It’s not easy to do both well, but that is where we come in.
Your website is generally the first place that a prospect will encounter your brand, but it is also a powerful marketing tool. We want you to get the most for your marketing budget, so we design out clients’ websites to perform.
Your future customers are online and they are looking for you. When they find you, you want to make sure that you make the best first impression – in our fast-paced world, you may not get a second chance.
Two Cans Media will help you to grab your visitors’ attention and to keep it. We won’t just create a website, we will help you to create a marketing hub to give your future customers the information that they need – positioning you as the authority and generating leads for your business.
Our Websites Are

Fast Loading
Nobody will wait around for a slow-loading site. We design all of our websites to load quickly and look good on any device. Data shows that 70% of people said that page speed impacts their willingness to buy from an online retailer. Don’t lose customers to a website that loads too slowly.

Responsive
More than 50% of your visitors will be on a device when they visit your site. Even on a smartphone with bad reception, visitors don’t want to wait for your site to load. Our responsive design will look good and load quickly on any device – desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.

Google Optimized
The search engines, and especially Google, should be your biggest traffic source. We code our sites so that Google can understand them making it more likely that they will show up well in the search results. This isn’t enough alone, but it is a good base for future Search Engine Optimization efforts.

Goal Focused
We won’t just build you a “nice looking website.” We build you a website that will help you to reach your business goals. The first step in any of our design processes is to ask you about your goals – what a successful website would look like 12 months from now. Then, we design a website to accomplish those goals.

Unique Design
Some designers will use the same template for multiple clients. At Two Cans, we know that no two businesses are the same and we don’t think that two website should be either. We design every site intentionally to represent the look and feel of our clients. We promise, you won’t see your design anywhere else.

Lead Generating
When we take on a web design project, we get to know your business and your goals. Your business has a story to tell and we will help you to tell it in a compelling way. Our goals are to position you as an authority in your industry and provide value to your visitors – enough value that they want to do business with you.
Your Website is an Investment Because it is Meant to Make You Money
A website is meant to be the hub of your marketing efforts and it often is the first interaction that a prospect has with your business. You want to make a good first impression, of course. But you want that first impression to be made by a website that is designed to generate leads.
That’s what we do.
Every successful business has a story to tell, and we take the time to get to know your story and then we tell it in a unique and compelling way.
Your overall digital marketing strategy (which we can help you with!) is what drives our design. We don’t set out to make you a “nice looking website.” We build sites that represent our clients well and move them towards their goals.

How much does a website cost?
That’s a little bit like asking what a car costs, and just like with cars, you will get a broad range of answers depending on quality and functionality. In order for us to give you an accurate quote, we have to understand your business, your goals, and what you are trying to accomplish with your website. Once we understand what we are trying to accomplish, we can give you a quote.
We believe that we need to know and understand your needs and goals in order to create the right website for your business. To give you a price without knowing the full picture would be dishonest and unethical.
We understand that your website is just a part of your digital marketing strategy and it needs to have all of the parts necessary to help you to be successful in your marketing.
Because of this, we try to get a crystal clear understanding of what role your website is playing and what you need within that website to succeed. (These are things like copywriting, photos, lead generators, etc.) You can expect us to ask the following questions in our first conversation:
- How are potential customers going to find you?
- What do your visitors want to do/see/experience when they get to your website.
- What will success look like to you after 6 months of this solution being implemented?
- Are you selling products online? Are you scheduling appointments?
- Will your users log in to access any part of your content/features?
- Do you already have a logo and it is authentic to who you are and it is appealing to your target audience?
- Any idea on how many web pages you need?
- Are we replacing an existing site? Tell us about what is and isn’t working on your existing site.
- Who is writing the content?
- Do you have photography that powerfully showcases your services, product, location, and/or team?
We ask a lot of questions to give us the best idea of what your website would cost to build.
Anything else would be dishonest and a waste of your time.
How long does a website take to build?
We find that there are three main factors that determine how long it will take for your website to be completed:
- Scope of the work to be done.
- The availability and skill of the team that is building it.
- How quickly the client can provide feedback and their availability for any necessary team meetings.
General Guidelines on Timing:
A basic business website will generally take us 6-8 weeks from start to when the site goes live. That includes content creation, feedback, final design, and transfer to live.
Larger sites, including membership and ecommerce sites can take 10-16 weeks depending on the number of pages/products and the complexities involved.
What is your design process?
You can read all about our design process by clicking here. Here is the short version:
- The Brief – we ask questions to understand the project
- The Sitemap – we design the structure of the site
- The Prototype – we add content to an “ugly site” version for usability
- The Design – we make the site pretty
- The Delivery – we make the site go live
Will my website show up in Google searches?
There is a lot that goes into getting a website to show up in Google searches. A properly built website is the best foundation and an important first step, but in order to bring in consistent organic traffic, we recommend a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) package.
We have an amazing SEO team and they are very good at what they do (and they make sure that all the sites that we build are structured correctly so that they are ready for an SEO campaign).
If you’re interested, we would be take a look at your website and the competition and give you a proposal.
Who provides the content for my site?
In a perfect world, we always recommend that our clients write their own content (we provide a detailed outline of all necessary content). No one knows your business or your audience like you do. However, we do understand that isn’t always possible. And whether you are too busy or you just don’t like writing, we can help you with your content.
Although our web design packages do not include content, we do offer copywriting services to help with everything from website content to crafting the perfect offer. As we are getting started, we will talk through content options and make sure that writing is not something that delays the project.
Will you build me a website on a platform other than WordPress?
We build exclusively in WordPress for two reasons. First, we believe that it is a great platform that has an amazing ecosystem of software integrations and plugins making it very powerful. The second reason is that we have been designing with WordPress for over a decade and it is what we know. We want to give you the best website that we can and we feel that between our experience and the power of the platform, WordPress is the best way for us to do just that.
How much input do I have in the design process?
We make sure that you have input throughout the whole process because we want to build a site that you will love. In our beginning conversation, we will ask you for examples of websites that you like in order to get us moving in the right direction design-wise.
Once the design is completed, we will have a couple rounds of feedback where you can give us input as to what you like and do not like about the site. We want you to love your new website and we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.
